Winless in 8. Then a breakthrough.

Flat to Da Mat was winless in 8 races over two years. He started the ELEV8 water regimen in late March. About four weeks later, entered off a three-month layoff in an $83,000 allowance, he ran a 100 Equibase speed figure beating his previous personal best Equibase speed figure of 91, completing six furlongs in 1:07.
